Essential Guidelines for Safe and Healthy Community Operation

Kntty Community Activity Guidelines

Kntty is a preference-respecting community based on adult verification. Kntty aims to provide a safe and comfortable space for adults with BDSM and various sexual preferences to communicate. All members must be familiar with and comply with the following guidelines, and violations may result in usage restrictions.

1. Basic Principles

All members are deemed to have agreed to these guidelines upon registration.
The management team can take measures such as deleting posts, issuing warnings, and suspending accounts by determining violations of the guidelines.
If you disagree with the management team's decision, you can explain through inquiries.

2. Adult Verification and Responsibility

Kntty can only be used by members who have completed adult verification.
Kntty is not responsible for damages that occur outside the community, such as meetings or transactions between members.

3. Prohibited Actions

1) Illegal and Harmful Acts

Mentioning or sexualizing minors
Creating, distributing, or sharing pornography containing exposure of genitals, areolas, anus, etc. that are considered illegal under Korean law
Inducing or implying prostitution, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, or coercive acts

2) Personal Information and External Inducement

Sharing personal identification information such as phone numbers, SNS accounts, messenger IDs
Inducing to external platforms (Discord, KakaoTalk, Telegram, etc.)

3) Violation of Community Operating Principles

Profanity, disparagement, hate speech, excessive obscene expressions
Informal speech, disrespectful language, aggressive speech or ridicule
Religious, political, or organizational propaganda and incitement
Impersonation, spreading false information, inducing group bullying
Excessive intimacy, inducing celebrity status, highlighting specific members including initial mentions
Criticizing management, publicizing dissatisfaction with sanctions, demanding explanations beyond regulations

4. Notes

1) Connections (Recruitment Related)

Recruitment posts prohibited outside the Connections board
Group recruitment, adultery, swapping, etc. that may have socially illegal elements are prohibited (Kntty is not responsible for damages that occur outside the community, such as meetings or transactions between members)
Ambiguous wording such as "I want to meet," "Please contact me," "Anyone coming?" is also considered recruitment

2) Profile

Prohibition of listing SNS, messenger, external platform information
Prohibition of excessive showing off, sensational descriptions, explicit sexual descriptions such as genitals and sexual acts
Prohibition of expressions that disparage others, discriminate, or encourage prejudice against specific preferences
If photos are included, it must be clearly yourself, and the exposure level must meet community standards

3) Photo Upload

Prohibition of stealing others' photos. Only own photos allowed (Kntty is not legally responsible for problems caused by theft)
Excessive exposure will be deleted and sanctioned according to legal standards
Even if only face, tattoos, or body parts are revealed, sanctions may be imposed if it is theft of others' photos or false posts

4) Comments and Chat

Prohibition of criticism, sniping, ridicule, spamming, commanding speech
Prohibition of non-agreed informal speech, forcing online friendships, rude speech
Discourage personal intimacy, designation, private titles (sister, brother, etc.)
Prohibition of continuous harassment, stalking, sexual harassment, proposals in chat

5) Kntty Party (Gathering Related)

Kntty Party is a function that supports healthy offline communication between members and aims for everyday meetings for friendship and exchange.
The purpose of meetings is limited to non-sexual and legal activities such as book clubs, meals, karaoke, movie viewing, exhibition viewing, etc., and must not involve sexual purposes or illegal activities.
The poster must clearly and specifically describe the main contents such as date, location, number of people, and purpose of the meeting.
Registered Kntty Party posts can only be applied for participation during the recruitment period, and will be automatically closed afterwards.
Posters can use cherries to extend the recruitment period.
Kntty does not intervene in disputes, damages, etc. that occur after participating in meetings, and must be resolved under the responsibility of the parties involved.
If the meeting recruitment function is abused or inappropriate meetings are led, restriction measures may be taken by the management team.

5. Sanctions and Reports

Sanctions may be carried out without warning and include deletion of posts/comments, account suspension, number blocking, etc.
Content that receives multiple reports may be automatically deleted.
Explanations for sanctions can be submitted via email or customer center.

6. Customer Support

Inquiry Channel: In-app inquiry tab or designated email

These guidelines are the minimum promise for user safety and community health. Let's create a mature community culture based on respect and consideration.
